How to Use:

1. Begin by pouring a package of 4.5g/2.7g of nasal wash salt into the water bottle.
2. Add warm water to the 500ml/300ml mark. It is recommended to use water at a temperature of around 37℃, which should feel lukewarm when touched by your fingertips.
3. Thoroughly mix the nasal wash salt in the water bottle until completely dissolved, and then tighten the cap securely.
4. Choose the appropriate nozzle for your needs. If using the nasal wash for children, be sure to select the child nasal wash tip, as children should not use the adult tip.
5. Adopt the correct posture by leaning your upper body forward and looking down. Tilt your head slightly to one side. Hold the water bottle upside down and gently insert the tip into one nostril.
6. Relax and open your mouth slightly, breathing through your mouth. Do not hold your breath or breathe through your nose.
7. Press the valve button located at the bottom of the water bottle (Figure 1). The solution will automatically flow without the need to squeeze the water bottle. The rinse solution will enter the nostril, bathe the nose and sinus, and exit through the other nostril.
8. When you finish washing one nostril, release the button to stop the solution. Rotate the position to wash both nostrils effectively.
