I've only had it a day and used it twice but so far it's far better than I'd expected. I've never owned a power flosser of any kind and only used string floss. This is so much easier and much nicer. It's works very well, has more power than I need or expected. The power dial is variable so you can adjust it to a milder or more powerful spray. The entire unit is not large and is physically smaller than I'd pictured it. But the reservoir holds adequate water for a single use and can easily be refilled if you want to spend more time flossing. I don't really like the whitening 'tablets' as they are artificially flavored and also contain things like glucose. I prefer a water rinse following use of them, then a brushing. But time will tell if they do whiten my teeth. As it is, using this unit as well as an electric tooth brush, my teeth certainly are much cleaner and brighter than prior. If you do want to optimize your dental hygiene this is an excellent choice.
I love my Waterpulse, it has totally changed how I feel about flossing my teeth. My teeth are very close together and regular floss gets caught and feels like I am going to pull my crowns and veneers off. The Waterpulse gets my teeth cleaner than regular floss and doesn't hurt. I did get sprayed in the face the first time I used it but that's just because I didn't realize that you always want to turn the brush part off before you turn the unit on. That just makes sense. The whitening feature works really well too.
The irrigator is good, I have enough and at 2-3 speeds, my wife is full and she is normal, I'm in pain,! normal thing, still took nozzles for the nose, very useful as for me, after surgery on the nose after a couple of weeks they washed the nose, very cool
This was an excellent purchase. The product sale price was way below compared to the sale price at my local store, the product was exactly as described and fast delivery, within 5 days of purchase. And, I went to my dentist yesterday and he was very pleased with my check up. This water pik removes plague and food particles from tight closed areas my electric toothbrush that my electric toothbrush leaves behind and from in between my teeth where my electric toothbrush can’t get to. I am so happy with this waterpulse that I bought one for my sister. It leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean every day. It feels as if you had your teeth cleaned every day by your dentist; It even whitens your teeth. I love my waterpulse. A+++
I love how my teeth feel after using the Waterpulse. I use the tip for people with crowns and/or implants. Unfortunately, I have a couple of veneers and never thought about the Waterpulse removing them..... It did! Right down the drain. I will continue using the Waterpulse but will avoid the teeth with veneers, or use a low setting... I did have the waterpulse on a high setting-8. A very expensive lesson and I hope this review will save you from the same outcome.
